Executive Summary: This training course was designed to help Spot Payment Agents who are Finance personnel learn how to detect cyber criminals. Spot Payment Agents make electronic bank payments to internal and external vendors on behalf of the organization. 

Challenge: There was a lack of formal training utilizing real-world email simulations and scenario-based lessons to detect phishing attempts and social engineering activity.

Solution: To address these challenges, I developed an eLearning course that incorporates realistic email simulations, a social engineer demonstration, and scenario-based lessons that Spot Payment Agents may encounter in their daily operations. 

Results: An engaging eLearning course that emphasizes a hands-on approach, incorporating practical activities. To simulate real-world challenges the course includes email simulations, and a social engineer demonstration that allows for Spot Payment Agents to apply their newly acquired skills to respond appropriately to various phishing and social engineer attempts.
